Job summary

West Shore Home in Franklin, MA is seeking a Service Technician to join our South Boston-Franklin team and perform service work on windows and doors safely and efficiently. You’ll report to the Installation Manager and work with skilled installers and trainers.

A valid driver’s license and residential remodeling or carpentry experience are preferred; we offer full-time employment, overtime, benefits, and company tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and assess service area.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion with customers and obtain signatures.
• Leave customer location clean and professional.
