Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Service Technician for our Franklin, MA team. You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers and Trainers to perform on-site service on windows and doors, following safety practices and timelines.

Schedule is Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, with full-time W2 employment, extensive training, and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles and access systems with two-factor

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, construction.
• Pride in workmanship and commitment to customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and tour the service area, keeping customers informed of progress.
• Perform service on windows and doors safely and effectively.
• Review service completion and obtain signatures from customers.
• Leave customer locations clean and safe.
