West Shore Home is hiring a Service Technician for our Greenville team, based in Greer, SC. You will report to the Installation Manager and collaborate with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff to deliver high-quality service work.

In this role you will perform essential service tasks on windows, doors, showers, and baths, while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer communication. A valid driver’s license and attention to detail are required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Strong customer-service mindset and pride in work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and assess service area; communicate progress and next steps.
• Perform service on windows, doors, showers, or baths in a safe, efficient manner.
• Review completed work with the customer and obtain signatures.
• Leave the customer site clean, professional, and organized.
