Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Service Technician on a project assignment to cover a long-term leave of absence through June 29, 2024. Work schedule is Thursday through Monday, 9am–6pm, with Tue/Wed off.
This role performs plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs per company standards in coordination with management. Responsibilities include maintenance of community spaces, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance on systems.
This position is associated with coverage for a long term leave of absence with an end date of June 29 2024. Work schedule is Thursday - Monday Tuesday/Wednesday off 9am - 6pm.
Develops and maintains a high level of skill in all phases of general maintenance. Performs general maintenance including plumbing painting electrical HVAC hazardous material abatement apartment turn-over and appliance repairs in accordance with company standards and in conjunction with management staff.
Smaller Communities: Responsibilities will include completing both maintenance service requests and turnover of apartments. May work alone.
Larger Communities: May work on a team that completes maintenance service requests or turnover of apartments
Base Pay Start Rate: $24.50
