SouthernCarlson is hiring a Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns for customers. You will demonstrate equipment operation, provide maintenance training, and process orders and time sheets. Collaboration with the sales team ensures customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical skills, basic computer use, and the ability to lift heavy items, with an emphasis on safety and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial supply preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem solving.
• Customer service oriented and detail focused.
• Experience with nail guns and staple guns is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair of nail guns and staple guns for customers.
• Demonstrate and provide equipment operation and maintenance training.
• Regularly complete customer orders.
• Complete and submit work orders, parts orders, time sheets, etc.
• Communicate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solve with sales team to determine best resolution.
• Interact with customers, providing high levels of service and productivity.
