Job summary

SouthernCarlson in Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled Tool Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service nail guns and staple guns for our customers on-site. You will demonstrate proper operation and daily maintenance to ensure reliable performance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in construction or industrial tools, strong mechanical skills, and a customer-focused approach. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure satisfaction, process orders, and document work

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and repair of power tools is required.
• Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry is helpful.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns for customers.
• Provide equipment operation training and daily maintenance guidance.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Submit work orders and parts orders with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Interact with customers, delivering high levels of service and productivity.
