Job summary

SouthernCarlson, Inc. is hiring a field technician to troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns on-site in Fuquay-Varina, NC. You will demonstrate equipment operation and provide daily maintenance training to customers, while ensuring timely completion of orders.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, construction experience, and good communication with customers and the sales team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial tool repair preferred.
• Experience with small engines, pneumatic or electric power tools helpful.
• Customer service mindset and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns for customers.
• Demonstrate operation and provide training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Regularly complete customer orders and document work orders.
