POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

ATDX Service & Repair Technician plays a vital role in enhancing customersatisfaction and driving company growth through referrals by providinghigh-quality service, repair, and small installation work for seawalls, docks,and boat lifts. This role balances proactive and reactive service calls,installs for smaller scale projects, and dock accessory sales while incentivizing developinglong-term customer relationships through sales of our annual maintenance plans, obtainingfive-star service ratings, and referring customers to our dedicated sales teamfor larger projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Performreactive service calls and small repairs on docks, seawalls, and boat lifts
• Conductproactive maintenance to identify issues early and minimize costly futurerepairs
• Troubleshootand repair basic electrical, mechanical, and structural issues on boat liftsand docks
• Installsmall-scale boat lifts and ensure proper operation, safety compliance, andcustomer training
• Serve as a frontline companyrepresentative, building customer trust and long-term loyalty
• Educatecustomers and close sales on the benefits of annual maintenance plan
• Identify& close upsell opportunitiesduring inspection: promote,and install dock accessories such as fish cleaning stations, bumpers, cleats,mooring whips, lighting, power pedestals, and dock boxes

Payment & Administration:

• Document all sales and serviceactivities, repairs, and recommendations in our CRM and company reporting forfollow-up and tracking against targets
• Complete walk-throughs and processchange orders and payments on-site

Meetings: Activelyparticipate in weekly service meetings, training, and results review

Requirements

ESSENTIALJOB, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in sales, preferablywithin the marine construction, in-home services, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,with the ability to effectively present solutions and alternatives
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintainclient relationships, and providing outstanding customer service andfollow-through
