Responsibilities

POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

ATDX Service & Repair Technician plays a vital role in enhancing customersatisfaction and driving company growth through referrals by providinghigh-quality service, repair, and small installation work for seawalls, docks,and boat lifts. This role balances proactive and reactive service calls,installs for smaller scale projects, and dock accessory sales while incentivizing developinglong-term customer relationships through sales of our annual maintenance plans, obtainingfive-star service ratings, and referring customers to our dedicated sales teamfor larger projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Requirements

ESSENTIALJOB, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in sales, preferablywithin the marine construction, in-home services, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,with the ability to effectively present solutions and alternatives
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintainclient relationships, and providing outstanding customer service andfollow-through
• Self-motivated, results-driven, goaloriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
