B&W Marine Construction is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead business development, manage client relationships, and drive revenue in the marine construction sector.

You will develop strategies for docks, boathouses, bulkheads, and shoreline projects; collaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery; and navigate permitting and government contracting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong understanding of bulkhead, dock, and shoreline systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with permitting, compliance, and government contracting preferred.

This role requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies for marine construction projects (docks,
  boathouses, bulkheads, boatlifts, repairs, & maintenance).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and public
  sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and scope documents.
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing
  and delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project
