Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Field Technician to support Renewal by Andersen (RbA) installations within a 100‑mile radius of Marshall, MN. You will provide direction and training to Field Technicians and ensure accurate technical measures prior to installation.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and experience with window and door installation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Renewal Installation experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership/coaching experience.
• Ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of windows and doors installation.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and training to Field Technicians in accordance with RbA guidelines.
• Ensures superior field support on RbA products and accurate technical measures prior to installation by directing others or performing tasks.
• This position will have a service area that is a 100 mile radius of Marshall, MN.
• Provides direction and training to Field Technician I and II's.
• Ensures that Tech Measures and Services are completed in accordance with RbA guidelines.
• Handles escalated or complex customer issues.
• Performs both Technical Measure duties and Service duties as needed.
