North American Refrigeration is seeking a Service Technician to travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment, ensuring systems run smoothly and safely.

You will diagnose issues, communicate resolutions, perform start-ups after construction projects, and build lasting customer relationships while adhering to safety standards and expense guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• Preferred: CIRO/CARO certifications and knowledge of electrical components.
• Ability to work well independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine solutions, and communicate resolutions to customers or Service Manager.
• Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
• Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with guidelines.
• Maintain a clean driving record and travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Take on additional duties to keep projects moving and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
• System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
• Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with North American Refrigeration's guidelines.
• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.
