North American Refrigeration is seeking a Service Technician to travel to client facilities nationwide to install, repair, maintain, and test industrial refrigeration equipment.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, customer focus, and a safety-minded approach; CIRO/CARO certifications are preferred, with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support: travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine solutions, and communicate results to customers and service managers.
• Complete start-ups and pump-outs after construction projects to ensure smooth operation.
• Interact with customers to explain service progress and outcomes.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly and accurately.
• Submit expense reports in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean driving record and travel as required, potentially overnight.
• Take on additional duties to keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
• System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
• Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with North American Refrigeration's guidelines.
• Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.

Qualifications
