Franklin Water Treatment is seeking a Service Technician II to install, maintain, and service residential water softening and treatment systems in customers' homes across the Fort Wayne area. You will follow documented procedures, meet daily schedules, and use available parts to complete installations and repairs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You should bring 2-5 years of relevant mechanical or plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years’ experience in water treatment, plumbing or related mechanical trade.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Punctual and dependable with great attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service residential water softening and treatment systems.
• Follow installation and service procedures and schedules.
• Evaluate and repair problems with existing customer systems.
• Ensure work respects customer homes and safety requirements.
