Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment, doing business as Hellenbrand / Aqua Systems, a division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a Service Technician to ensure timely installation and maintenance of residential softener and water treatment systems. You will support service calls, perform installations, and uphold exceptional customer service in a safety‑minded environment.

The role requires a reliable, motivated technician with plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• 1-3 years or more experience in a plumbing type position (preferred).
• Strong work-ethic; self-motivated; and proven customer service skills.
• Punctual/dependable with great attendance.
• Must have Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Water systems installation and/or maintenance.
• Evaluate and repair problems related to existing customer systems.
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements related to installation and service procedures.
• Meet daily installation and/or service schedule as assigned.
• Use available parts to assemble, install, and/or service various water treatment equipment or kits.
