Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to assist in maintaining property assets, perform preventive maintenance, and support make-readies to ensure move-in readiness. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service to residents while adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, working knowledge of HVAC and appliance repairs, and solid computer skills to operate industry software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills to perform job functions using industry-specific technology.
• High School diploma – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses technology to establish priorities and respond to service requests, monitoring completion.
• Performs maintenance, replacements, and upkeep including exterior grounds and common areas; HVAC/appliance repairs as needed.
• Identifies hazards and reports to Community Manager/Service Manager; assists in implementing safety programs.
