Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for a 300-unit apartment community in Las Colinas. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs to ensure resident satisfaction.

Requires EPA certification Level II or Universal and at least 1 year on-site maintenance experience; bilingual a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly renewal bonuses, with standard benefits and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 4 weeks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Address issues with stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, and flooring.
• Work to quickly and professionally satisfy resident needs.

Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our300-unitapartment community situated in the upscale neighborhood of Las Colinas! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally.
