Job summary

Westdale Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II for our two apartment communities in South Waco, Texas. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, along with monthly renewal bonuses. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues as well as maintaining appliances and floors.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance, hold a valid Texas Driver’s License, and preferably possess EPA Refrigerant Certification. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance at an apartment community.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair A/C and heating systems.
• Repair electrical and plumbing issues.
• Maintain appliances and flooring.

Rate: $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our two apartment communities, totaling 240 units, in South Waco! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance at an apartment community.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service‑oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on‑call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
