Job summary

Westdale is seeking a Service Technician II for a 212-unit apartment community in Austin, TX. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep residents satisfied and units in top condition.

The role requires at least 1 year on-site maintenance experience and EPA Level II or Universal refrigerant certification. On-call weekends may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends and on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Address safety and quality standards in a timely, professional manner.

Rate: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our212-unit apartment community located in Austin!Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
