Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Technician II for a 405-unit community in Deep Ellum, Dallas. This role covers all aspects of on-site maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems, with a focus on fast, professional repairs to keep residents satisfied.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, a Level II or Universal EPA refrigerant certification, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• On-call on weekends when needed; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Address stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile and flooring issues.
• Identify ceiling leaks and perform timely maintenance.
• Respond quickly to resident requests and coordinate with on-call schedule.

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 405-unit community made up of several unique buildings in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
