Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Service Technician II for our Austin, TX community in Northwest Hills. You will handle on-site maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, ensuring repairs are quick and professional for residents.

A team-focused, customer-service mindset is essential for this fast-paced role. Minimum 2 years’ on-site maintenance experience and a Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 4 weeks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Repairing stairs, gates, fences, patios and railings; addressing tile, carpet and flooring; ceiling leaks.

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our508-unit apartment community wonderfully located in Austin's prestigious Northwest Hills and just minutes from the Domain!Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
