Job summary

Westdale is seeking a Service Technician II for a 300-unit apartment community in Las Colinas, TX. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs to keep residents happy with fast, professional service.

Requirements include 1 year of on-site maintenance experience and EPA Level II or Universal certification. On-call rotation every 4 weeks and potential weekend work are expected. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends; on-call every 4 weeks.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems.
• Handle electrical and plumbing tasks as well as appliance repair.
• Service stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings and flooring needs.
• Address ceiling leaks and other common maintenance concerns.

Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our300-unitapartment community situated in the upscale neighborhood of Las Colinas! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 4 weeks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
