BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with maintenance and repairs at our San Antonio properties. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and help with apartment make-readies to ensure move-in ready units.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and responsive service to residents, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance and on-call duties as part of a professional maintenance team.

Formación

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies to restore units to move-in condition.
• Complete maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with repairs as needed.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions; follow BH safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to resident requests per standards.
