Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1, to perform a narrow range of repairs with minimal supervision. You will gain skills for increasingly complex tasks, focusing on basic service requests, make-ready, and common area maintenance at our properties.

You will participate in on-call rotations, assist with general maintenance, and follow safety and appearance standards while supporting lead technicians and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC often acquired through training.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for the properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness (painting, cleaning, light repairs).
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities.
• Address minor work orders (changing bulbs, fixing leaks, replacing hardware, minor drywall).
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and repairs in common areas.
• Support higher-level technicians.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Complete other tasks designated by supervisor.
