Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1. The role focuses on basic service requests, make-ready, and common area maintenance with supervision.

You will learn to handle a narrow range of repairs and participate in on-call rotations as required by management. Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, addressing minor work orders, and supporting higher-level technicians.

Qualifications

• Entry-level maintenance role with minimal supervision.
• Skills to perform basic repairs and service requests.
• Excellent reliability and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in (painting, cleaning, light repairs).
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders (bulbs, basic plumbing leaks, hardware replacement, drywall).
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies as needed by manager.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash, curb painting, etc.
• Support higher-level technicians when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
