Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 to perform basic repairs and prepare units for move-in. You will assist with make-ready, cleanup of common areas, and support higher-level technicians under supervision.

Ideal candidates show reliability, teamwork, and a service mindset, with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. This on-site role includes after-hours on-call rotations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, often acquired through training.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for the properties.

Responsabilités

• Preparing vacant units for move-in readiness: painting, cleaning, and light repairs.
• Attend and engage in training and development opportunities.
• Addressing minor work orders: changing light bulbs, fixing basic plumbing leaks, replacing hardware, and minor drywall repair.
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies at manager’s discretion.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal.
• Supporting higher-level technicians.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor.
