Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to help maintain the property's physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.

The role requires basic computer skills, 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, and a willingness to work hands-on with HVAC systems. High school diploma or GED is a plus; on-site work with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Uses technology to complete repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Completes maintenance requests and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Assists with preventive maintenance and make-readies.
• Identifies hazards and reports to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Maintains and secures property-issued tools.
• Participates in on-call rotation and responds to resident requests.
• Follows OSHA safety requirements and internal policies.
