Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to support maintenance, make-readies, and preventive programs at our multifamily properties. This on-site role requires troubleshooting repairs, assisting with preventive maintenance, and ensuring move-in readiness in alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, HVAC knowledge, and their own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform job functions.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot are preferred.
• Own industry-specific hand tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Use industry-standard technology to complete repairs and replacements so units are move-in ready.
• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep within property standards.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to the Community/Service Manager.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-readies as needed.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements and maintain tool security.
