Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with oversight of physical assets and ensure customer satisfaction at our properties. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and help with apartment make-readies while supporting preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires basic computer skills, a general maintenance background, and the ability to work under supervision with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge and ability to provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements to restore units to move‑in ready condition.
• Assist with maintenance requests, exterior grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with make-readies.
• Maintain tools and report hazards per safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call duties and respond to resident requests per standards.
