Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain and repair our apartment communities. You will perform HVAC and appliance repairs, complete make-readies, and assist with preventive maintenance programs while upholding safety and quality service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with industry-specific technology.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and establish priorities using industry technology.
• Complete maintenance, HVAC and appliance repairs, and make-readies.
• Identify hazards and report them to management.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and document these activities.
• Maintain and secure property tools and equipment.
• Post notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Assist with weekly make-ready schedules and supply needs.
• On-call support and occasional extended hours may be required.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies; follow internal guidelines.
