Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I in Las Vegas to assist with oversight of physical assets and apartment make-readies. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and support preventive maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, addressing HVAC needs, and maintaining tools and safety compliance. This role involves on-call duties and collaboration with the property team to uphold BH standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Must provide own industry hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to complete repairs and keep units move-in ready.
• Completes maintenance requests and upkeep in common areas and exteriors.
• Identifies hazards and reports them to Management.
• Ensures preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented.
• Maintains and secures all property-issued tools.
• Responds to resident requests and participates in on-call rotations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with OSHA and safety requirements.
