Responsibilities

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service needs.

As a Service Technician,you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of commercialHVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, airhandlers, boilers, and control systems. This role is field-based and requiressomeone who is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a varietyof environments.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repair issuesacross a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance toensure system efficiency and longevity
• Inspect, test, and troubleshootelectrical and mechanical components
• Read and interpret schematics,blueprints, and technical documentation
• Service refrigerant systems incompliance with EPA standards
• Communicate clearly with customersregarding system issues and recommendations
• Accurately complete servicereports and documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, tools,and inventory
• Participate in an on-call rotationfor after-hours service needs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial HVACservice experience
• EPA Section 608 Certification(required)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (orability to obtain within 30 days)
• Valid driver’s license with aclean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills andmechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

WorkEnvironment:

This position requires working at commercial job sites, including rooftops andmechanical rooms, in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Technicians must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, andstanding for extended periods.
