Old Dominion Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician focused on diagnosing complex systems and providing exemplary service to customers. This field-based role requires maintaining and repairing various commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units and boilers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Service refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA standards.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service needs.
