Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors at customer locations in Beavercreek, OH. You’ll handle electro-mechanical troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and hardware integration while delivering excellent customer service.

You will participate in training, maintain AAADM certification, and may operate a company vehicle with accompanying safety PPE. A valid driver’s license and a 21+ age requirement apply.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing electro-mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring (120V).
• AAADM certification within one year of employment or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old and commit to AAADM certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors; ensure high service quality.
• Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
