Job summary

The position requires 5 years of field experience, NSTC training, and a valid driver's license. It operates on a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation and may require travel to support customers and projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant field experience.
• NSTC Training Certificate.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• This is a rotation position of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off, with travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, test equipment in performing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets / job reports and other administrative forms as required.
• Maintain inventory levels of spare parts for service and rental tools.
• Promote and perform any field service oriented sales and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company.
• Must be receptive to and able to comprehend training received on new related processes.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safely leader in every aspect while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with customer on location.
• Install and/or remove equipment in accordance with applicable technical procedures.
• Must be available on 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Excellent operational and maintenance knowledge of Wellhead equipment.
• 5 years of relevant field experience
• NSTC Training Certificate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• This is a rotation position of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off, must be available to travel to support company and customer needs as required.
