Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to help you learn maintenance, inspections, and customer service on a fast‑paced team.

You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi‑point inspections while ensuring safety standards and accurate records. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are key to advancing with the company.

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross‑trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
