Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC is hiring a Service Technician in Katy, TX. No automotive experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you grow with the team.

You'll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, inspections, and customer service, while following safety guidelines and learning across on-site and online training programs. Bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn, and you can advance through strong growth pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

ADriver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members arefully cross-trainedto perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines

• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
