Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC in Leland, NC is seeking a Service Technician with no automotive experience required; training provided. You will help customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety, perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections; team members are fully cross trained.

Responsibilities include honest recommendations, safety, on-site and online training, assisting with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep; strong emphasis on customer service and growth

• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Driver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi point inspections and maintain accurate records
