Job summary

Majestic Marble & Glass Co. in Youngsville, NC seeks a Service Technician to service residential and commercial sites daily, performing field repairs, installations adjustments, and warranty support. This full-time role travels to jobsites using a company vehicle.

You will troubleshoot challenges, document work with photos, and communicate professionally with clients and builders to ensure high-quality results. We offer comprehensive benefits and paid overtime. Must be 23+ with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• 3–7 years of construction, service, or installation experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with clients, builders, and teammates.
• Organized, timely, and able to manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced field environment.
• Physically capable of tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a mobile, field-based setting.

• Make seam and installation adjustments as needed
• Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories
• Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges

• Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments

Based in the Youngsville, NC area, this full-time, field-based position travels daily to service residential and commercial jobsites in the surrounding areas, supporting installations, repairs, and warranty issues. Your expertise and professionalism ensure every project meets the highest standards and customer satisfaction.
