Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation quality and build relationships with builders and internal teams.
• Travel to job sites using company vehicle to perform inspections and assigned duties.
• Conduct quality control inspections of completed installations.
• Perform minor field repairs (scratches, chips, cleaning, caulking) as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve customer concerns; escalate when appropriate.
• Complete required reports and communicate updates to management.
• Conduct field safety audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct builder satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Attend jobsite planning and safety meetings as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
