Majestic Marble & Glass Co. in Savannah, GA seeks a Service Technician for field-based service work. You will travel daily to residential and commercial sites to support installations, repairs, and warranty issues, delivering high-quality, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• 3–7 years of construction, service, or installation experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and teammates.
• Organized, timely and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile, field-based environment.
• Physically able to perform tasks including stooping, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform field repairs on scratches, chips, and stains.
• Make seam and installation adjustments as needed.
• Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories.
• Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges.
• Maintain finished areas meticulously clean and professional.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, even in challenging situations.
• Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments.
• Collaborate with builder warranty managers to build positive relationships and outcomes.
