Job summary

Majestic Surfaces in Youngsville, NC is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport materials between Majestic facilities and customer sites. You will represent Majestic with professionalism and ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires a valid license, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong customer service skills. Full-time position with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a DOT physical.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 75–100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company fleet vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Load, transport, and unload materials safely and securely.
• Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing Majestic professionally.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Complete warehouse duties including loading racks and frames, wrapping, and housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate with customers and team members.
• Support warehouse and production operations as needed.
• Cross-train in production processes for coverage during vacations or peak workloads.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport materials between Majestic facilities and customer locations. This position ensures materials are loaded, secured, and delivered accurately while supporting warehouse and production operations as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining Majestic's reputation for professionalism and reliability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate company fleet vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Load, transport, and unload materials safely and securely
• Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on schedule
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing Majestic professionally
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Complete warehouse duties including loading racks and frames, operating stretch wrap equipment, material handling, and general housekeeping
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Support warehouse and production operations as needed
• Cross-train in production processes to provide operational support during vacations, absences, or peak workloads
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices

What We're Looking For

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a DOT physical
• Previous delivery, warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift 75–100 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office programs effectively
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
