Job summary

A. O. Smith Corporation is seeking a regional field service professional to cover customer sites across the Tucson area.

The role focuses on servicing and repairing water heating equipment, delivering salt, and supporting dealers with technical and customer service tasks. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, 5+ years’ related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP.

Primary Function

Regional field service responsibility which includes but not limited to; customer site visits, defusing tense situations, maintaining relationships, servicing equipment, repairing equipment, delivering salt, dealer support and customer service support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of related work experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and programs, specifically Microsoft Office software, SalesForce, SAP.
• Proficient customer service experience.
• Possess a general understanding of local, state, and national codes / regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Demonstrated comprehension of water supply systems, pressure boosting systems, regulation, piping scenarios etc.

Additional Qualifications

• Associates degree in related, preferred
• Field HVAC/Plumbing/Mechanical related experience preferred
• Trade Certification, preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Control Systems (PLCs) and Building Integration Systems preferred.
