Camp Chevrolet in Spokane, WA seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain GM vehicles per factory standards. This onsite role offers a flat rate pay model and opportunities for growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dealership experience; GM Certification preferred but not required. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are important, with a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Service Technician

Pay offered at $25-$35 flat rate depending on skill level.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Service Manager.

Service Department hours are Monday-Friday7 am to 6 pm, 8 am to 5 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Current GM Certification (ideal but not required)


• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team


• We prefer but do not require diesel or EV experience.


• We prefer ASE certifications, but we do not require them.


• We require 2+ years of technician experience in a dealership or shop setting.


• Willing to grow with this dealership and the Chevrolet brand


• Navigate technology with confidence (CDK and MyKaarma experience is ideal but not required


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Total Rewards

The earning range for this position is $25 to $35 per flat rate hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
