Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Blue Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and security systems in the field.
• Read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Work independently in the field, ensuring safety and quality.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Position Overview

The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems
• Experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, and Silent Knight systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Blue Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
