Loyal Source is seeking a skilled service technician in the Santa Rosa, CA area to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial fire and security systems, reads diagrams and schematics, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills while staying safety-focused in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Blue Card preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and security systems in the field.
• Read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Work independently in the field, ensuring safety and quality.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
