Job summary

ADT is seeking a field service technician in Knoxville, TN to service fire and carbon monoxide detection systems, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. You will follow standard wired/wireless installation procedures and verify signals with central monitoring to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• A customer service champion, demonstrating the willingness to help our customers fix as well as understand the protection in their home.

The pay range for this role is $15.98- $29.67 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k)plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.

In the event a position is commission-based, compensation is solely based on the individual’s sales volume. This applies only to commission roles.
