Job summary

ADT Security Services in Duluth, GA is seeking a installer/service technician to support fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. You will follow wired/wireless procedures and test signals with central monitoring to ensure reliable service.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, hands-on service experience, technical aptitude, and strong communication.

• Be a customer service champion, helping customers fix issues and understand home protection.

What You'll Do:

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

The pay range for this role is $17.75 - $32.97 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k)plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays
