Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions in a dynamic home environment. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control while following established wired/wireless procedures.

Responsibilities include testing system signals with central monitoring and delivering customer-focused support to ensure protection and peace of mind for clients.

Qualifications

• A customer service champion, demonstrating the willingness to help our customers fix as well as understand the protection in their home.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this role is $21.05 - 35.12 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.

In the event a position is commission-based, compensation is solely based on the individual’s sales volume. This applies only to commission roles.
