ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician in Totowa, NJ to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions at customers’ homes.
The role services fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control; follows wired/wireless process protocols; tests system signals with central monitoring; and champions customer service to help clients understand the protection provided.
The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are that of troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions.
The pay range for this role is $20.41- $37.92 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays
